This policy explains how STARTBASE LTD processes personal data collected through the contact form and email on startbase.dev. It is written under UK data protection law; a fuller legal review is reserved.

Data we collect

The contact form collects your name, work email, optional company name, subject and message. When you submit the form we record the privacy consent. An IP address may be held briefly to limit abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to assess your enquiry, reply to you, and tell you whether we are a suitable partner. The legal bases are your consent on the form (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to business enquiries.

Retention

We keep contact records until the enquiry is concluded and our legal obligations end. Correspondence that does not become an engagement is deleted after a reasonable period.

Processors

Email delivery is handled by Resend. Our hosting provider may process the technical data needed to deliver the request. We do not use client data to train our own AI models, and we do not share it with third parties without permission.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and, where it applies, KVKK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may withdraw consent; this does not affect processing already carried out. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
