AI transformation consulting

AI applied to the work you already do

Most organisations do not require a company-wide transformation programme. We work with you to form a clear view of which processes are worth automating, what the data will support, and how implementation can proceed in a controlled manner.

Who it is for

  • You are talking about AI, but it is unclear where to start
  • A pilot was tried and did not become part of the working week
  • You want to see cost and risk before an investment decision

What you leave with

A plan you can act on

  • Which process will change first, and what will be left as it is
  • An assessment of what the data will actually support
  • Operating rules that keep the process stable
  • A cost and risk table
  • How success will be measured in your figures

How we proceed

Where to begin

  1. Process inventory

Which work repeats, and which work produces data.

  2. Candidate selection

Which process to trial first, and which to leave waiting.

  3. Data review

What the data will actually support.

  4. Pilot definition

    Scope, cost, risk and measures.

  5. Operating rules

What will be watched if the pilot goes live.

Data and security

The data remains yours

Data is the question asked most often on AI work. We put data security on the table in the first conversation. We work with the least access needed to add value to your work, and we are transparent at every step.

Frequently asked questions

Before you decide

How long does a pilot last?
Duration depends on the complexity of the process. It is typically four to eight weeks. In the first two weeks we complete the process inventory and the data assessment. In the weeks after that we proceed through a prototype and feedback loops.
What if the result does not work?
The point of a pilot is to reduce risk before an investment decision. If it does not produce the result you expected, we analyse why together. We either continue with a different process, or we take that decision together. There is no long-term commitment. The pilot is a decision tool in its own right.
Do you also implement the work?
Yes. If the pilot succeeds and you decide to go live, our App Studio team takes on implementation and integration. Development, testing and release run together. During implementation the consulting team stays coordinated with engineering, so you can see that the designed solution actually runs.
